1. By this time we just wanted to get out and about and enjoy our holiday rather than spend all our time complaining so we just got on with making a best out of a bad situation.

3. Also for the noise people complain about, it was also just the same as any other inner city hotel as not all guests are as considerate as we would like them to be.

7. Upon our arrival, an irate woman was at the front desk complaining about her reservation the hotel would not honor, which was booked through a third party company.

8. Every time we went thru the lobby (tiny too so you could hear everything that was going on) people were complaining about the heat, bathrooms etc and demanding new rooms.
