2. My room was slightly 'dated', with no refrigerator and the radiator style heater was noisy but this hotel offers a friendly staff and great location, for a really good price in the heart of Manhattan.

3. The radiator in the room would vent and make a loud hissing noise every 5 minutes (it must date from the 1950s) interrupting sleep.

7. ~ At this point I hadn't heard from Groupon for 3 hours, I finally had access to the Internet (Groupon's website), saw the 'The Bentley Hotel' and that Groupon had a deal going with them (not the dates I'm here), but booked it immediately to try to accommodate Groupon.

8. when we got there they were really nice at the desk they upgraded our room to a deluxe which had lots of space, the room was clean but out dated.
