1. They did up grade our room but the staff was very rude and don't know how to work with the public but the location of the hotel was nice and the rooms were ok.

6. The Delano staff were rude, full of attitude, the hotel itself was great on the outside but scratch the surface and what you are left with is a fading hotel which is stuck up its own backside.

Too easy to get ripped off, too easy to spend $40 on two drinks, too silly that you have to scrutinize every drinks specials board for the fine print, too rude that not once but twice at dinner we were placed at tiny tables for two in the dead center of a restaurant's traffic pattern for servers with no apology.
