3. For a hotel with 'suites' I find it surprising they don't offer 2 double beds, but instead have one king sized bed which is hard as a rock, and a pull out couch which has a mattress as if it's from the 80s- you can probably feel every uncomfortable spring in that thing.

4. Although the hotel housekeeping service tried very hard, it is difficult to cover up an aging building.

9. During the day, you have lots of sunlight coming through the big glass windows, but at night, I found it hard to do hair and make-up without straining my eyes to see what I was doing.

10. They also told us we had to pay $20 to remove the mini bar because 2 of our friends were under 21 and all they did was bring a basket up and put about 7 drinks in, hardly worth $20.
