2. As far as amenities, the hotel was skimpy with bath linens and the bathroom had very poor water pressure (I normally wouldn't notice something like that so it really was a problem).

Not only did the rooms get screwed up, but the rugs and towels were stained, the resort fee that includes towels and 2 chairs on the beach only works if there are 2 guests in a room, rooftop pool furniture was dirty and dingy as well, maid service was poor and they woke us up at 8:00AM on Friday to clean the room.
