1. after a fews days of being ignore we just stop going and started looking around for another hotel for our next trip in south beach because never and I mean NEVER will we go back to this hotel because the no 1 thing in the hotel business is the client and they did not take care of us, and a clean room is not too much to ask, I can live with the small TV but not dirt.
