3. Other reviewers are right about the loud music coming from the overpriced restaurant at the lower level, and yes, it's very 'south beach' but to make matters worse, everytime you walk from the retro building to the hotel lobby (in seperate buildings that do not connect) the restaurant staff makes sorry attempts to 'lure' you in by placing the menu in your face (also very south beach).
