1. We got a garden view room with two full size beds on the second floor (there are no elevators as previously mentioned, but was not really a problem for us).

2. We did appreciate that when we reported to the front desk that a sprinkler outside our room was coming on at 3 AM and waking us up daily, we received a helpful call from the maintenance staff and that problem was immediately remedied for the remainder of our visit.
