2. I reported the rude driver (#13, in case shuttle company is reading this) to the front desk, and he was kind enough to be understanding and promised to report him to the shuttle bus company.

4. When we explained our situation he was not empathetic and instead suggested that we try to get a taxi which I found to be extremely rude considering this was supposed to be a free service.

Luckily the hotel was not fully booked when I was there and I was able to switch rooms to the quieter side (not facing Airport Blvd and instead facing a parking structure) and I was lucky that when I switched rooms that there wasn't anyone next to me---75% of the hotel staff were extremely rude.

8. Therefore, our stay would have been OK if we were not gratified with a RUDE WELCOME BY THE DESK STAFF: our car well parked near the front door has to be moved IMMEDIATELY, even before having time enough to put our luggage in the room.
