5. I was wondering if this would create problems when sleeping but it didn't since there is a door to the bedroom which prevents all the noise from coming in.

6. Stayed here for 3 nights, pool is dirty, no towells, breakfast just horrible, fake eggs for omlets and bad watermelon, from which my daughter 5 yeras old having a stomach problem, key from the room never worked, had to go downstairs 5 times in 3 nights stay to reset it.

7. Upon our arrival, the desk clerk automatically gave us 15% off from either the restaurant or room service because of the shuttle problem.

8. The other significant problem is that the garage space is very undersized and cannot accommodate as many cars as the guests have.

If this is a problem - try the Springhill Suites at Hawthorne as that is about 3 miles south of the Airport - and although nowhere near the level of comfort of the Embassy Suites and a much smaller room size - the airport noise is pretty much non existent and the parking is free - rather than the ridiculous $21 the Embassy Suites charged.

10. I stayed at this hotel because the airlines screwed up and gave me a voucher to spend the night while they sorted out their problems.
