1. I definitely felt that I should have been warned about this room as we do not require handicapped access, and it was very inconvenient for a couple.

5. An older embassy suite hotel, in need of upgrading, heater did not work in room, and they were out of portable heaters, they offered nothing for the inconvenience, second night they gave us another room, we moved ourselves.
