1. Management is forever 'changing' and so any problems and/or complaints are dismissed with the phrase 'we are undergoing management changes'.

6. The only complaint I have is the smoking room had a very strong cigarette odor, my husband smokes and I have been in other hotel smoking rooms and have never smelled the smoke.
