7. My only problem was with one of the trips I did with VIP Tours - things didn't go well and they agreed to give me a refund but to date after emailing them three times I have not heard from them which I find disgusting for a company of that size.

8. the room was dated but comfortable and just a couple of minutes away from the airport literally around the corner and up the street extremely convenient for travel and the breakfast was delicious.
