1. My only problem was with one of the trips I did with VIP Tours - things didn't go well and they agreed to give me a refund but to date after emailing them three times I have not heard from them which I find disgusting for a company of that size.

3. In the second room, the floors were a bit dirty, but we thought we could endure given the short duration of the stay until we went into the bathroom: there was a large hole in the wall where someone kicked or punched it in, and the tub was *disgusting*.
