4. I had a terrible experince when i stay at the Bahama Bay Resort in Devenport, Orlando When i got to the room the phone was broken, someone came 1 hour after I complain and could not fix the problem, i try to go back to the front dest to get room service at 9:50 p.

The only 3 complaints were minor, (1) the television in the living room was on its way out - the picture being distorted and the reception terrible; (2)there was no cell phone reception or internet services inside the suite at all; (3)the washer or dryer in the unit left stains on some of our clothing.
