1. Understaffed so getting to front desk by phone or getting repairs attended to was difficult.

3. Only down side is that is difficult to find and kinda far from a lot of the major attractions.

4. The biggest issue we had was that our room was on the third floor and there is no elevator, and the TV in the master is hung high on the wall, making it very difficult to watch.
