2. Our only complaints were problems with our key card and the hateful, rude girl at the ticket counter(WE ENDED UP BUYING OUR DISNEY TICKET AT WALMART FOR A BETTER RATE) ALSO, DON'T FORGET TO TAKE WASHING POWDERS AND DISHWASHER DETERGENT.

9. I would say it takes 15 minutes to get to Disney but it really isn't a problem, we rarely encountered much traffic going there every day.

10. Any minor problems are dealt with very quickly by staff on reception, who couldn't be more helpful.
