I did complain at reception about the dirt and the style of kettle, because I actually thought it was a little bit dangerous, the management did send someone to clean the vent grills but they didn't do them all, as for the kettle once we had got past the language barrier and I had explained what a kettle was (I think the americans call it a teapot) I was told that they had no control on the type of equipment fitted because the apartments are privatly owned.
