1. Be very aware that throughout the villa (we had a 3 bedroomed deluxe) there are noticed regarding anything lost, misplaced, broken etc and fines begin at $30 per towel $200 for anything broken.

2. However the toaster was broken , the telephone never worked, the ice machine never worked, the blinds constantly broke .

3. so we did not eat, you can hear all the racket going on above your room, we could not sleep because all the running around in the room above us, we were tired and our phone was broken, all the racket started again at 6 am in the morning, and to top it off someone came to ring my door bell at 8 am and finally woke us up again, and the beds were stiff as a rock, i ended up paying almost $200.

4. I had a terrible experince when i stay at the Bahama Bay Resort in Devenport, Orlando When i got to the room the phone was broken, someone came 1 hour after I complain and could not fix the problem, i try to go back to the front dest to get room service at 9:50 p.

5. Sockets were loose on the wall and a lghtswitch didnt work, also the lock on the patio door was broken.

6. The washer's spin cycle was nearly broken, so you had to manually spin the drum to get it started, then close the lid real quick.

7. the phone didn't work, the blinds in the master bedroom were broken, some light switches were dodgy or didn't work at all and the furniture was starting to get very scratched and 'tired' looking.

8. Kitchen cabinet door broken.

9. Looking back, we should have called maintenance and had them look at it - but we didn't know it was broken.

10. The door to the laundry area was broken and full of lint.
