1. Perhaps if they kept the pool by the Tradewinds Bar & Grill open until 11 pm for adults only after 7:30 since the bar is open until late it would help eleviate some of the over crowding and noise issues.

4. Although all these issues were brought up at check out and on their review card (which they do not even provide a pen in the unit), nothing was done about it.

5. The entire staff from the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out went way out of their way to accomadate us whether it be directions or maintianence issues or just even housekeeping issues .

6. As for the distance from Theme Parks - we hired a car for the week and had no issues with the travelling times to the park.

7. This place has the potential to be a fantastic holiday resort, but I felt it was lacking on certain points - cleanliness and lack of baby bedding being the main issues with our stay here.

8. The staff were friendly enough but only spoke to them to check in and out, not sure what they would be like if there was an issue.

9. We checked in close to 11pm, and had no issues finding the place in the dark or with any of the staff.

10. Nobody was around who could address the issue, we called the front desk and the clerk said she would get back to us but after an hour had not returned our call.
