4. Coincidently, they had someone with the exact name on different dates and would not listen to reason that it was us nor would they check the address, etc.

7. How is it Expedia's problem when I call to confirm the date and price, and I called them directly, not Expedia?$10 / hour for internet access with a special card, which, by the way, they were out of.

8. In principle, probably appropriate (huge apartments), but it did not state that anywhere in our reservation documents, nor was it stated when we called to confirm the dates and price.

9. I had the relevant paperwork with me confirming that we had indeed arrived on the correct dates but were informed that there was nothing they could do as there were no Grand Bahama Suites available.
