1. Overall a fantasic stay and would definatley return, just also like to say we found the reception staff helpful and friendly only had to call a couple of times our ice maker broke and my son got stung and they were more than helpful both times.

2. Our hire car broke down during our stay and young lady on reception was brilliant, phoned Alamo at least 6 times within an hour to check that replacement car was on it's way.

9. then we got into our room we found that we only had one trash bag for a 4 day stay, one package of dishwasher cleaner for the dishes, the handle on one of the pans broke off and then we encountered a l o t of spiders and other small insects that was not cool at all.

10. You could hear every heavy footstep and scrap of the chairs and the reception weren't too helpful when a party broke out above us one night, but the security sorted it within the hour.
