1. They, unfortunately, only have about 30 or so parking spots available, so if it's full, you have to find parking somewhere else in the area.

7. unfortunately, the top half of the exterior walls of the room are all louvered windows, which welcomed warmly most of the outside noises into the room.

10. unfortunately for us, with a 3pm check-in time and no rooms available for us to be able to fall into and crash, we were told to come back in a few hours so we left our suitcase there and headed down the street.
