3. He snapped back that he was helping these other people, which was the opposite of the truth, so I turned to one couple, asked if I'd understood the problem, and suggested the obvious solution, which was adopted.

Sure, the breakfast could be a little better, the bathroom was a little smaller than we thought it would be, and plugging my blow dryer into an outlet in the room caused the air conditioner to stop working, but the hotel has a friendly, helpful staff and they fixed my problem as quickly as they could.

7. The tv was constantly cranked up high to provide privacy for my significant other (there were stomach problems)-Our card key did not work several times.

8. The only problem is that they only give you little tiny bread plates which makes it hard to handle - just make multiple trips.

9. This also caused problems on checkout as the money had been frozen (because of them) and then when we went to check out they couldn't unfreeze it and then asked for another credit card to finalised payment.
