1. As it was only on the fourth floor, noise could sometimes be an issue.

3. There were no major issues during our stay and the front desk was helpful and quick to respond to any requests.

4. The next issue we had was our airconditioner was extremely loud, as well as our toilet, as they had maintenance issues with it, so we could not flush at night as it would wake our baby, it was that loud.

I had a very late flight, and left my luggage at the hotel, with out problems, in addition they let me take a towl for the day, charged me and made a note on my file that i was to be credited back the funds upon return of the towel, usually this sort of thing causes problems as to many different people are involved, however here they credit back the amount charged for the towel with our issue.
