3. The most dated part of the room was the bathroom/shower stall, which is cramped and if you're over 5'8' you may find that it isn't much room - fortunately we're both pretty short, so it wasn't a problem for us.

10. Parking is also cramped; they only have 18 parking spaces (and charge $18/day) so keep that in mind if you're renting a car (it was a non-issue for me - I bought a bus pass.
