1. -The beds were comfortable for me as it is soft and sinks in really nicely; however, beware, this can also be a con as my SO found the beds uncomfortable as he likes firmer beds.

10. That being said, there are five facts that when combined prevent me from recommending this hotel to anyone else: 1) The mattress was uncomfortable (I feel that in the hospitality sector, a good mattress is important), 2) The room did not offer anywhere to sit down, except for the bed or the plastic balcony chairs, 3) The noise on the street was very imposing (One night some revelers were making noise across the street and I had to use earplugs.
