2. after reading negative reviews re aloha surf i was more than a little worried, however this hotel was just great----- the staff were friendly, the room clean and the bed was the most comfty i have ever slept in----i am already booking my next trip and will most certaintainly be booking to stay here again----special mention to both Edward and Sam at the on site cafe, both were welcoming and friendly---good luck with the book Sam, cant wait to have a read.

3. The main negative about the room was the fact that there was no WiFi - I was surprised that any hotel these days do not offer WiFi in the room.

4. I personally know of very few managers who seem to constantly monitor customer feedback (on sites such as Trip Advisor) and genuinely make the effort to address negative feedback.

10. The only negative was the very loud traffic in the morning (we were on the 5th floor, so perhaps the higher floors are quieter) and a view of apartments from our balcony.
