4. We are very thankful that we ended our trip with two nights at the Hana Hotel -- had we started there and ended with five nights at the Kea Lani, we would have been seriously bummed out -- we would have missed Hana terribly.

5. This initial oversight coupled with a few other incidents made us conclude that the service was pretty terrible all around (excepting at the restauraunt lounge, where the service was friendly, efficient, and warm).
