5. We also drove around the back way (some unpaved) which wasn't too bad and enjoyed seeing another part of the island- very dry and windy and much faster to get around to the other side.

7. food is bad, and extremely over priced (for example the $50 /person buffet barely included some vegetables /salad , basic chicken + rice , and some shrimp/ scallops that were not fuly done.

8. The only bad part is that if you want to explore any other part of Maui, you have to drive the on the infamous 'Road to Hana', which is always an experience.

9. There is a little kitchen with a small fridge, a sink, and a coffee maker but not microwave or oven (which would have been nice considering how bad the restuarnat is).
