5. The manager did come out to apologize for the goof, and they tried to make the breakfast complimentary (but since we had a package that included breakfast it was moot), but at a hotel where you're paying $600+ a night, it's a bad mistake to make.

7. Many people visit Maui and either don't go to Hana or just make it a day trip, which is a big mistake.
