3. I can't really remember whether or not the meal service was slow, it was friendly and gracious, and with our conversation and our general delight in being in Hana for a few nights, the meal went by much too fast for my liking.

5. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, but the service was really slow, from recognizing the table, to getting drinks, to getting water/coffee refills, to getting food, to getting plates cleared.

9. Service was slow here and it took over 30 minutes for someone to come get us and our luggage when it was time to go (you can not drive to the rooms) and that was after we called a second time to remind them we had a plane to catch later in the day.
