4. disappointing is the kindest description I could use-reception efficientish but not friendly-concierge only interested in selling products-breakfast is the worst ever - cardboard cornflakes - plastic/disposable utensils cups and plates - not worth getting up to-room very small and dark- BUT - position excellent near times squarenot to be repeated/recommended - I wish I had spent more on our hotel in New York.
