5. I can't believe that the first room I was put in on the 12th floor was still open to the public with the mold and the wall paper being thumb tacked to stay up.

9. Carpet with enough 'deodorizer' embedded in it to almost cover the fact that mold is growing underneath the carpet.

If you like taking a shower with mold and mildew on the walls and in the tub; if you like unfriendly and unhelpful motel staff; if you like extremely long waits for an elevator; if you want a great location for shopping, restaurants and Times Square; if you don't want to spend the money to stay somewhere decent and clean; if you like unpleasant odors in your room; if you like flat, old pillows and not enough towels; if you like motel staff who are unresponsive when you ask for pillows and towels; if you like uncomfortable beds; and if you like unpleasant odors.
