4. Let me ask you this: if you made a reservation for a room that, with tax and parking, costs nearly $375 and you a) noted in the reservation that you wanted a room away from the elevator, b) called the day of arrival to repeat the request and c) asked one more time at the front desk, would you be pleased if you were given a room DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE ELEVATOR?This hotel has just the veneer of quality -- the rooms are tiny, the 'flat screen' TVs have no hi-def, the wireless Internet is weak and if you are unlucky enough to get a room in the back part of the hotel, rest assured that the front desk staff is too rude to bother pointing out that you have to take the single, slow, smelly elevator in the back to get to your room.
