1. (less than a five minute walk to Times Square) but far enough away to avoid street noise etc.

3. And if you have a room facing the street like we did, the noise from the cars might be an issue if you are a light sleeper.

4. If you do stay there ask for a front facing room if you want any daylight but you will need earplugs for sleeping as the noise from traffic etc is pretty constant.

9. the room was clean and spacious and only the noise from the construction was a problem and other reviewers had stated that the work finished early evening so it would be no problem.

10. The construction was still in full swing when we were there, but the noise never started until 7:30AM which is quite reasonable, in my mind.
