1. We stayed at this hotel for 12 nights early this month, what can I say except perfect location, round the corner from subway, short walk from times square, great value, very clean, nice staff , and the lifts were fine , don't know why other people complained , we stayed in places with 8 lifts and they were slower.

2. Took Family to New York for the Holiday on the 21st of december for 3 days cannot complain 1 1/2 blocks from times square quiet neighborhood no threats no problems anytime of day or night .

4. No choice, stayed 1 night in a very small crampy room but was shifted to another one (Rm 502, facing 46th street) the next day and no complain for the next 5 nights.

6. Breakfast was fine (not sure why everyone is complaining - it was a very standard continental breakfast, same as you'd find at a Hampton or Courtyard), albeit a bit crowded if you didn't get there until 8 or later.
