4. Even at the 30 min mark we were brushed off and so finally at the hour it took 3 hotel staff to figure what went wrong even though we were waiting right in front of the front desk the whole time.

9. There are a number of Irish pubs just round the corner so you don't have to go far at night to get a meal (In other areas of Boston there seemed to be a distinct lack of finding somewhere to eat at night - unless we were just looking in the wrong place).
