3. Spacious rooms were marred only by some maintenance that needed to be done (some peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, a knob missing from a closet door, and scratched paint on the balcony doors).

6. The location is superb but the insides are stuck in the past, with paint peeling from the furniture and hairs in our bed, it was not what I expected.

9. From the protruding plywood under our mattress (looked like a repair) to the peeling wall paper (just a small portion) to the poor patches in the driveway/turnaround to the stains in the rooms carpeting, the hotel is obviously in need of some renovation/improvement.
