The hotel was nice, although I had the following problem, the hotel administration were able to solve it for me and I was happy:I was given a room on top floor, the cooling system was very poor not even digital the room was a freezer all this might be acceptable, but I tried to connect to the internet and for two days after calling many many time to technical support (I'd had to say the technical support is VERY poor they are from a third party not hotel staff) they finally got convinced that the problem is from the hotel not from my laptop and I proved it by connecting to the internet from another room, so the hotel apologized and offered me a better room with an excellent view and a fire place for the same rate that I was paying.
