1. The location was very convenient from the airport and to the financial district, the lobby was much more modern and well-appointed than the somewhat dated exterior of the hotel, and the doormen and staff at the front counter were friendly.

6. On the date of my arrival, I called the hotel from the airport in LA to tell them we would be arriving around midnight late and make sure they would have a rollaway I got stuck with the same manager (easily recognizable due to his British accent).
