1. The staff is just OK, not bad but not really great, the housekeepers didn't speak a lick of english and it was hard to request supplies or speak to them in any way.

9. Also, one bad thing about this hotel is that, this is the first hotel I have ever seen where you had to open the hot water tab running for some time before you get hot water.
