After a night out with friends, I got to bed around 1:45 am but was

ly awoken at 3 am by yelling, screaming and laughing by the guys in the connecting room.

They did provide us with a cot in the room, but the staff at the front desk were rather
rude
about the issue--one black spot on what otherwise would have been a very pleasant stay.

The service was non-existant at this hotel, the valet service was
rude
, a doorman was no where to be found, nor was a bellhop to assist with the bags.
"Avoid it. Location is the only thing it offers. Try the Marriott Wharf instead. "

When I later spoke to a manager if I could still have the $159 rate if I left for a couple days (to go to Cape Cod) and returned, he

We were greeted by a friendly valet but the front desk person was
rude
and stated that he was not expecting anyone to check in althought we had a guaranteed reservation and had called ahead to let them know of our late arrival.
