1. After a night out with friends, I got to bed around 1:45 am but was rudely awoken at 3 am by yelling, screaming and laughing by the guys in the connecting room.

7. When I later spoke to a manager if I could still have the $159 rate if I left for a couple days (to go to Cape Cod) and returned, he rudely told me that he would "not advise" my leaving the hotel and returning.

10. We were greeted by a friendly valet but the front desk person was rude and stated that he was not expecting anyone to check in althought we had a guaranteed reservation and had called ahead to let them know of our late arrival.
