The staff could not have been more helpful (even running to my car one AM to grab some paperwork I needed) or courteous, but I did get some of the WORST directions ever from a front desk employee.

worst
part of this however was the rats that we could see darting in and out.
"Avoid it. Location is the only thing it offers. Try the Marriott Wharf instead. "
