4. and another thing: I had requested NO DOWN OR FEATHER BEDDING as I am allergic, and there were feather pillows in the room when we arrived: the same desk clerk brought up replacements after notifying him of the mistake, and was going to just leave the original pillows in the room on the only chair (as there was no other place to store them), so I asked him to please just take them out of the room, and though he gave me a funny look he did take them.
