1. The other issue that was of concern, is that they are not keen on cleanliness.

2. We did alert the front desk staff about our rooms' issues upon checkout and they said it would be addressed - I sure hope it was.

3. There were several small annoying maintenance issues -- broken switch on lamp, burned-out bulb on another lamp -- and little signs of wear that just made it more depressing.

5. There were some internet problems in my area and when i was working poolside on my laptop for a signal(not a bad office), the owner came over and asked me about my internet and what room I was in and what issues there were.

7. The tile was cracked and the tub was worn - functionally no issues, with the new shower head offsetting the old shower knob (seriously who designs these things?); curtain clean, door definitely not.

10. I did have a issue with a air conditioner (or some other machinery) one night that was a bit loud and the staff offered to move me to another room but the noise was gone the night after.
