4. I was impressed after not only reading the positive reviews on Tripadvior, but the fact that the hotel manager individually responded to most comments and complains.

One little glitch, the air conditioner was not working at 100% as some people have stated in their reviews, but there was a fan in the room, it was early evening so cooler than the heat of the day, so we were comfortable and didn't complain--so we didn't really give management a chance to respond to our concerns.
