The $20 fee was no
big deal
- I did not have a car for parking but you also get the bottled water in your room, internet(which per day at the hotel I moved to was-$13 for internet for 24 hrs and $6 bottle water).

Again not a
big deal
since there was a signal I could use by the pool.

Towels where available at the front desk, just a few feet from the pool area, so no
big deal
for us.

No
big deal
for us, but imagine some may find that difficult when trying to check in.

not a
big deal
when's its not 100+ degrees because there is plenty of street parking that's free; one fee you can't escape is the $5 resort fee (or something like that).

Now I understand why they make a
big deal
about the bedding on the website.

They don`t have a shuttle anymore but it wasn`t a
big deal
since there was quite a bit we could see and do within walking distance.

Yes, when we checked in, the restaurant was closed due to water damage - no
big deal
as we did not plan to eat the hotel.

That turned out to not be a
big deal
as I could use my Treo to access the internet, but I can imagine for some business travelers that this would be very annoying.
