7. Check-in was a breeze, a late checkout wasn't a problem, and it was never an issue getting somebody on the phone from the front desk, even at busy times.

8. The problem I have is that as a Marriott rewards member you really don't get any member benefits at this hotel.

9. In a hotel with 900+ rooms there should be a proper maintenance schedule to take care of vent cleaning on a regular basis - apparently the Marriott Desert Ridge lacks such a maintenance problem.

10. What is a problem in my opinion is that the housekeeping (or maybe maintenance) is obviously more superficial than it should be.
