1. although truthfully there seemed like a ton of vacant rooms in our wing so it probably wasn't very difficult to do.

2. The room was clean and well appointed however, there was a tear in the couch on a seam, the light outside the door was broken as was the bulb inside so that when coming back to the room at night it was difficult to see the door lock.
